One of the items that came out of our annual board meeting in early February was the desire to develop Mission, Vision and Core Values Statements for our club. These “ideals” describe who we want to be (vision), what we are doing to get there (mission) and the concepts that we apply to both mission and vision on a daily basis to maintain that path (core values). These statements have all been posted on the About Us page of the club web site.
A fair amount of work and “word-crafting” has been done over the past few months by several board members to hone these statements into what we’ve decided best describes these ideals. I’m very pleased with the result. I hope that you are, too!
